RULES: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. April 1 – April 30, 2026. Military children ages 6–17 are invited to submit one (1) original written short story describing their journey as part of a military family. A parent or legal guardian must complete the online registration and submit the child’s original written entry at www.mymilitaryjourney.com during the entry period. Limit one (1) entry per child. Entries must be original, unpublished work created by the submitting child; copied, assisted, or AI-generated content will not be accepted. Entries will be reviewed by an independent panel of judges and evaluated on creativity, originality, and storytelling. Submissions will be judged within the following age groups: 6–8, 9–12, and 13–17. One (1) winner will be selected from each age group based on highest overall scoring. Prize: Three (3) total winners (one per age group) will each receive one (1) Winner Prize Package consisting of a $500 gift card selected by the winner from an approved list of available options, which may include prepaid cards, technology retailers, sporting goods retailers, family entertainment destinations, or major online/general merchandise stores. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $500. Limit one (1) prize per child/household. Original written submission may be requested for verification if selected as a winner.
